Workplace Leadership

Quantitative, Quasi-Experimental
Via a within-group, quasi-experimental research design, we are measuring behavior and workplace outcome before and after a Peaceful Leadership training program to assess the effect of the program on those variables.

School Board Leadership

Quantitative, Correlative
Via a correlative design, we are measuring the extent to which leader-relevant traits of school board members predict levels of conflict and quality of relationships between school boards and their communities.

Government Leadership

Quantitative, Correlative
Via a correlative design, we are measuring the extent to which leader-relevant traits of local government leaders predict levels of conflict and quality of relationships between officials and their communities.

Peace Inspired Research

We Conduct a range of lab & field studies in the Areas of leadership, conflict management, and organizational psychology.
